Identification:

Puretec BASIC WU-ES7 UV ballast

WU-ES7 ballasts supplied alone or with WU-UV100 / 150 / 200 / 250 systems between April 2023 - April 2024 may be affected.

WU-UV systems supplied with WU-ES6 UV ballasts are not affected.

Why the product is recalled:

WU-ES7 ballasts may present a potential short circuit that may result in personal injury, or property damage.

Hazard:

Risk of fire and shock.

Action required:

Isolate from mains power and remove the plug from the power outlet.
