Eligible participants who purchase a participating product from a participating dealer store during the promotional period will be eligible to redeem a gift, subject to these T&Cs. In order to receive the gift, eligible participants must submit an eligible claim within the redemption period.

Eligible Participants/ Claimants

Eligible entrants/participants:

Australian and New Zealand residents who: are aged 18 years and over; and purchase a participating product from a participating dealer store during the promotional period.

The following individuals are excluded from this promotion:

• • employees of “Puretec”;
• • employees of a Participating Dealer/Retail Stores;
• • employees of any agency associated with this Promotion;

and an Immediate Family Member of any of the above employees. "Immediate Family Member" means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Excluded Products

The FilterWall F3E and FilterWall F4E models are excluded from this promotion.

All other Puretec Products not mentioned in Annexure A are excluded from the promotion.

Redemption Eligibility Criteria

Offer is only available to qualifying purchases made between 7:00AM (AEST) Monday 1 July 2024 – 11:59PM (AEST) Saturday 31st August 2024.

Items must be redeemed within the redemption period. Redemption period opens 9:00am (AEST) Monday 1 July 2024, and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 22nd September 2024.

Proof of purchase is required at the time of redemption. Please retain your receipt and upload an image of the receipt via the redemption form, complete all required fields, and submit your redemption form within the redemption period. For clarity, proof of purchase must clearly show that the purchase date is within the promotional period.

Redemptions are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable with other merchandise. While stocks last.

Once your redemption claim is successful, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Redemption items will be shipped within 2-6 weeks of submitting a qualifying redemption form.

Delivery Of Gift

Eligible claimants should allow at least sixty (60) days for delivery of the gift from the date they receive notification from Puretec that their claim has been approved. Puretec will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the gift within sixty (60) business days from the date notification is received, however, this may be subject to delay in some circumstances.

Gifts will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the eligible participant at the time of submitting an eligible claim.

Gifts will be delivered by a courier partner of Puretec’s choosing and must be signed for at the time of delivery. A parcel collection card will be left at the eligible participant’s delivery address if no one is present at the time of attempted delivery. The gift will then be delivered to a local Australia Post Office for collection.

Personal Information

An eligible participant is required to provide their name, date of birth, email address and postal address (excluding PO boxes) when making an eligible claim. Participants should make sure their contract details are up to-date. An eligible participant will be asked to provide a delivery address for the delivery of their gift. Postal addresses must be valid and cannot be a PO Box number, Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect.

Other Matters

Incorrect claim details:

If the eligible claim has not been correctly submitted, Puretec will use all reasonable endeavours to contact eligible participants by email within fourteen (14) business days of the eligible participant submitting their claim. Once contacted by Puretec, eligible participants will have fourteen (14) days to respond by providing the requested information. If the requested information is not provided within fourteen (14) days, the claim will become invalid.

Other conditions:

• a. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. By completing the redemption form, you accept and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that Puretec may issue, relating to the promotion. You agree to receive marketing and promotional materials from Puretec. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• b. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other Puretec offer or promotion, unless specified otherwise by the promoter;
• c. This Promotion is not open to companies, businesses, commercial ventures, organisations, or anyone acting on their behalf.
• d. There is a limit of one (1) gift with purchase claim per qualifying product under this Promotion per eligible participant;
• e. All prices quoted in these T&Cs are inclusive of GST.
• f. Puretec excludes any costs, fees, expenses, or liability of any kind paid, or any other cost which, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, is deemed to be associated with or ancillary to the Participating Products.
• g. The gift is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• h. If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, Puretec may disqualify any eligible participant(s) and/or modify, suspend or terminate the promotion as applicable.
• i. If a gift is unavailable, Puretec may substitute a reasonably equivalent item at its discretion. Puretec reserves the right to substitute the gift, at its absolute discretion, for an alternative colour or an alternative product of equal or greater value in the event that the gift is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
• j. The Promotional and/or Redemption Periods may be varied or extended in Puretec’s absolute discretion. Puretec Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason.
• k. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, contact number and place of residence, tax invoice and serial number) using all other information available to the promoter, and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these T&Cs or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• l. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. Eligible participants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact number, email address and postal address details are provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility should an eligible participant fail to receive their gift because of a failure to provide correct details or to notify of a change to those details, or for providing an invalid receipt or insufficient proof of purchase. If the eligible claim has not been correctly submitted, Puretec will use all reasonable endeavours to contact eligible participants by email within fourteen (14) business days of the eligible participant submitting their claim. Once contacted by Puretec, eligible participants will have fourteen (14) days to respond by providing the requested information. If the requested information is not provided within fourteen (14) days, the claim will become invalid.
• m. Subject to paragraph (o), the promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for the following: (a) any technical difficulties, server issues or equipment malfunction associated with the promotion; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim, original purchase documentation or gift that is late, lost, or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in the gift value to that stated in these T&Cs; or (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant;
• n. Puretec does not warrant the quality, performance, or fitness for the purpose of any gifts/prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequence (including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts).
• o. Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

Privacy

All eligible participants consent to their personal information being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with Puretec’s privacy policy, available atwww.puretec.com.au/privacy-policy, which forms part of these T&Ca.
